Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Free of odors, makeup, or deodorant marks
• In original condition with all tags securely attached

Final sale items, accessories, and intimates are not eligible for return.

Refund Options

• Store Credit — Issued in full for all eligible returns. No fees. No expiration.
• Cash Refund — Available with a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund total.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange eligible items. Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@novuarchiveofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@novuarchiveofficial.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
